This Gas Griddle has an 1/3 Grooved fry top and it comes with a cabinet. It is constructed from steel material with S/S (Stainless-Steel) heating system, to ensure a stable performance through the whole working hours. It is equipped with flame sense of security device, explosion-proof ignited a fire device, accidental flame out protection device, imported temperature-controlled device, fryer over-temperature safety protection device. It has an oil tray, a two gas valves and its hot plate has the thickness of 16 mm. It weighs 138 kilograms; uses the power of 9.6 kW 41,000 BTU per hour and runs through LPG or natural gas.
